You could tell 'em that "trash always floats to the top".

Comebacks aren't the way that a classy lady or man handles themselves. Trash might handle themselves that way because they are only concerned with trying to get even, not trying to behave graceful.

If you want to be respected and treated like an adult, try holding your head up when you walk and smiling at those you know without speaking. If you leave people with a quiet, classy image of yourself, they will treat you that way because that is "what you really are"!

If people call you names and depict you in an poor light, aren't they the ones that are really trashy? How can we accept them as classy or gracious if they behave like little kids?

You have actually been getting some good advice from these folks answering your question. Just walk away and ignore them when someone is calling you trash or simply tell them to f**k off.

the best comeback for being called trash is to jump in a bin screaming "you're right!" no seriously anything will do just stick up for yourself and let em know they aren't gonna get away with messin with you they'll learn to back off.

If you just ignore them they'll stop doing that. People do that just to get a reaction out of you. And besides if you use a comeback on them you're just stooping to there level. You're way better than them.

One of my favorites is; "You know, I've asked around to everyone in class, and no one here likes you. So shut it"

It might not get them to back off but it's more satisfying than ignoring them which is what any guidance counselor is going to tell you.

Good luck, I wouldn't go back to high school for all the money in the world.

Try my favorite line if they say it to your face - "Ah, you're only saying that to be sweet" - this tells them what you think of them! If they call out stuff like that, look at someone you like and smile, because you are better than them and you won't behave like that.

Look them in the eye, smile big and say "often people project feelings about themselves, onto others. I'm sorry that you feel that way."
Then smile again and walk away.
