keep a log to record each workout. get a calender ( or better yet print out a blank one ). write down each exercise performed, number of sets, reps, or whatever you do, and the amount of time of each workout. add up totals at the end of the week. set goals and see if you are reaching them. short term goals are better. once you get started you will not be able to stop because you will be able to look back at what you've done. sort of like y/a, huh?
you will also know when you skipped a workout because of that terrible looking blank space on your calender.

That's a great question. Write a list. A list of how badly you feel when you don't exercise and all the good results there are from exercising and remaining devoted to yourself. It builds great confidence. Also, you can treat yourself with a nice yet practical outfit so you can feel better about yourself when you're working out. Listen to music you find inspiring when you work out. I bought the ipod shuffle because it is so light that I don't even feel it. Mix it up your routine to keep it interesting. CONNECT WITH OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE HEALTHY EVEN IF IT IS JUST ONLINE.

I find that when I workout in the morning I tend to be more consistent because I have less time to make excuses. It also makes me feel strong and energized for the day. Otherwise, I either listen to music (80's music makes my workouts fun) or I try new things to keep it interesting.

make a goal for yourself and make a nice long playlist of upbeat songs that you know all the words to. being able to sing along or think of the lyrics while you're working out helps to pass the time and you won't even realize how much better your body feels until after a couple sessions. good luckk!

its all about results, make yourself work out and at the end check yourself in the mirrior, thats motivation right there, then youll be drinkn rockstars and listenin to an ipod wilst gettn jacked for the beezys

Pick good music that keeps you going and you can really get into, it, you will forget that you are exersizing and get a good workout in.
