Sure. I think Nix brand has a complete kit available that comes with a special comb that is designed to get rid of all the dead lice and their nits.

Go to your locale drug store they have a varity of products like shampoo for you to use and most of them come with a little comb to use to get them out. Advice don't use anyone elses hair brush and things on your head. Also let people you have been in contact know that you have head lice because lice can jump from one person to another.

no, not really... the nits need to be combed out. if u have short hair, u can comb urself out. if not, request a family member/ friend. there r also professional nitpickers in many cities now- NY, SF, LA, Houston, DC, Miami, Toronto, London etc... let me know if u need help...
