Leg pain, in the bones?

I have an arthritic hip. Usual symptoms. Lately I have had very bad pain in the bones in my legs (both). THe pain is in my shins the most and travels through my leg bones both legs. I do take celebrex for the hip. Anyone have any ideas? My Dr hasnt got a clue.

perhaps it's just from over compensating from the pain in the hip?
