Claustrophobia?

How can I overcome Claustrophobia for free? Even when I sleep, the covers make me Claustrophobic and it's hard to breathe. Is there a way to overcome it? Is there a word document that I can freely download?

Try typing "claustrophobia" and "claustrophobia symptoms" into Yahoo! web search and a number of informative links comes up. Wikipedia has a good short summary of symptoms and treatment/ All of these can be printed out.
Also try "anxiety disorders" in Yahoo! web search.
