Starving yourself will result in fat loss and muscle loss making you look even worse in the end and effectively ruining your metabolism. I could set you up with a diet plan if you would like, send me a message.
You do NOT want to have an ED(anorexia). It's impossible to get rid of, you can only try to contain it.
It will ruin your life. Losing wieght at 265 is not hard at all, you just need direction and it will start coming off faster than you believe.
Weight training, eating right, cardio excersize, and a good attitude. These things work synergistically to turn you into a fat burning machine.

I'm didn't binge, my method was to not eat past 5 and eat 4 small meals. I lost 4 pounds in 2 days at most. I'm not exactly starving but eating only 1/4 of my average meals. Anorexia DOES EFFECT YOU!!! emotionally, physically and mentally . All in a negative way. I would cry every night because I complained how at and worthless I was even though I'm probably not fat and worthless. I stopped getting my period and my intestines started to get so bad I had to get X-rays and go on a prescription of medicine.

Anorexia is an eating disorder condition whereby you obsess about being skinny a lot, and think that you are fat when you are actually already thin. This condition can be very serious when carried out too far. Eating disorders can cause damage to your health when you lack sufficient nutrients to sustain your body functions. You can read more about eating disorders on this site http://www.eating-disorder-research.com
Balance is key. You don't want to be obese but you don't want to be anorexic either. You need a good diet program. A sustainable one such that you don't binge after a complete fast, say.
Take the first step by cutting down the portion size of each meal. Also, cut off junk food totally. Replace meats with more fruits and vegetables. No snacking. In the meantime, exercise a few times every week. You should start seeing some results if you take these few steps. For weight loss info, you can check up here

You are trying to lose the weight the wrong way, you have to eat, but eat fewer calories, and more nutrient rich foods. starving yourself will cause you to lose more muscle and water than fat. Anorexics may be light/thin, but they are not fit and it is also a disease.
You need to do cardio (at least 30 mins) for most days of the week. It is a good idea to also lift weight for about 2-3 times a week to preserve muscle mass. Muscle aid in losing weight. The weight is best light to moderate with about 10 reps.
Take you time in losing weight, you can't lose weight too fast or starvation mode will set in and you will also be losing more water and muscle than fat. This will end up causing weight gain once the "diet" is over. The best amount of weight loss per week is 1-3 pounds which is about 5-14 pounds a month. The first couple of weeks, you can lose more weight (5 lb a week).
You should probably about 100 pounds and it will take about a year, but when you lose it slowly, you are more likely to keep it off and live a healthy lifestyle.

What did you eat while you were anorexic?
I ate very small portions of food, but I thought I was eating a lot, then I would go try to burn off all the little food I had in my system.
Did you ever binge?
No.
When did you get over the binging state?
(above)
How much weight did you lose?
35lbs. I was at one point 5'11 and 110lbs.
Did being anorexic affect you in any way?
Oh my, in many ways.

Being anorexic is relay bad for you. I did it for for about 3 months and I got really tired and my skin started to look gray and I was always cold. When I was anorexic I Only ate cheese and drank water. If I felt a need to binge i ate cheese with crackers or fruit. I lost around 30 ibs but then I had to go see a psychologist to get off having an eating disorder and to a hospital to get all the fat off. You don't only loose fat you loose neseseery fat and musckle. It's best to just eat less like cut what you are eating in half and exersise alot. If you watch t.v. you should run around the room or do curl ups during commercials to stop you from getting food

This is not a good way to lose weight. Anorexia is an illness and asking people advice about how they feel about it and getting personal is a bit intrusive.
Don't become a wanna be anorexic. If you are that unhappy about your weight then lose weight the right way and the healthiest way. Starving yourself puts on more pounds in the long run.
Consult your doctor and get on a good diet plan that will take the weight off permanently. That is what you want.
Not ideas about eating disorders and unhealthful ways of making yourself ill.
Best of luck .

I was anorexic for about three years, what made me stop was my body shutting down one section at a time, it was the look on my mothers face when they told her they didn't expect me to make it through the night. I was a binge and purge, well eventually ...when you put the food in...your body rejects it all by itself. No need to stick your finger down your throat any longer.
When you deprived your body of food, then binge you actually do more harm and store more fat because your body is in panic mode. Because you starved it, it feels like it doesn't know when it will get its next meal, so it squirrels the food for when you starve it again. I would either look into gastric bypass, or maybe get with your doctor for a 1800 calorie diet. I would never advocate anorexia.

Your family members are degrading you. Not a positive model for how to have a healthy relationship with people, self or food. You may need a new approach to yourself.
They have degraded you, you do not need to follow in their footsteps. There is nobody just like you out there in the world. We all need your thoughts and actions. Who knows what you are already offering the world around you, but you just don't know it.
I don't know. Please change your outlook. Surpass those around you and become full of love, do your best everyday. That is all that can be asked. Do your best. Just as you are, you are great. Try to see that, you have strength, abilities, insight... Use these to create a life of joy.

Hun, get yourself to a councilor asap. Being anorexic is not a choice or a privilege...it is a sickness that kills many people.
You have an eating disorder. You need help. There is a reason why you can not control your eating. And it is not your fault. This is something you need to talk to someone about. You are trying to eat away at your pain..(that you likely do not even know is there, you mind has ways of holding things back) What is happening to you is more than just something that you can control by eating properly etc.
Perhaps go see you Dr and talk to him/her of what is happening..how you feel out of control etc..or go to a psychiatric..
good luck..being skinny and sick is not going to make things better for you.
