How do you get rid of prema on your teeth/stains?

I have the stuff on my two front teeth, and i want to know how to get rid of it. Any suggestions?

zion start with a visit to a dental hygienist, they can usually take care of small things right there in the office, otherwise they can recommend products that will benifit you, good luck
