Vous êtes un diseur de bonne aventure faux qui vend des mensonges. Le fait de vous croire quittés a n'importe quels amis parce que vous dont. Je bascule croient youre la vente de votre bébé pour l'argent de médicament au Taiwan.

I'm sorry, but the rest of the letter doesn't make any sense, it's like it's been translated through an automatic translator like Google language tools. If your penpal really is french, then that letter is a fake. It really doesn't mean anything, aside from a few french curses, which I won't tranlsate.

If your pen pal is really french he/she has not written that letter be sure. If he/she lives in France but speaks a different language he/she has run it through an online translator.
I won't translate it for reasons already mentioned by someone else.
