Royal Canin foods are really good. The company is also very kind to shelters. The one I donate with was given a HUGE amount of food samples to hand out at events as well as plenty of food for the shelter kitties as well.

I feed Royal Canin for Persians to my two Persian rescues. Not only do they love the food but it's made their coats lush and silky and I haven't seen a hairball yet (it contains hairball remedy)

Royal Canin is an excellent brand. We use it in our veterinary clinic where I work, and I use it for my cats. The palatability is excellent and I like their philosophy. Eagle Pack holistic is also an excellent brand. I also recommend that to people who want high quality food.

I'm a dog trainer, and I also like royal canin, both for dogs and cats, too. It seems to be especially good for sensitive tummies :)

I think it's an excellent diet. They also make a veterinary line of prescription foods, which we use.
