How can I tell if a spell has been cast on me?

...and how can I reverse it.


I have reason to believe a spell out og spite and revenge, or just bitter feelings, was cast onto me.

Since spells are fake, the only way you can tell is if someone tells you, or you find other material evidence that a spell was cast.

No need to reverse it, because as I said, spells are fake.

(Have to love Martin's answer. Turn your heart to Quetzalcoatl and you will be protected from spells too. LOL)

I agree with another poster who said, "Sigh..."

First of all, if you are a Christian, you do not believe in spells.

Second of all, "Wiccan spell", and "revenge, spite, and bitter feelings" would be contradictory according to the Wiccan Rede. Those of us "spell people" believe that things return in threes. If one were to cast a spell and it is for "revenge, spite or bitter feelings", he/she had better be ready for the consequences --- X3.

I believe the best way to "reverse the spell" would be to go to the person whom you believe cast it, and resolve your issues with them. If this is not possible, as you believe they are evil enough to cast a spell such as this, seek consultation with someone who has a relationship with a God or Goddess in whatever your believe system to give you further guidance.

First of all, a Wiccan who is truly following the precepts of the Wiccan faith would not cast a spell to harm someone else -- it goes against our only commandment: "If you harm none, do what you will."

That said, witchcraft is a technique that can be practiced by anyone with the patience and perserverence to put in the work, and not all witches are bound by the Wiccan Rede. If you're seriously concerned that a spell has been cast on you, take it to the God or Gods of your own religion and ask Him/Them to help you. Short of casting a counterspell to reflect any negative energy back, that's the simplest thing for you to do at this point.

EDITED TO ADD: In response to some other posts... witchcraft is NOT Satan worship. *sigh* Wiccans in particular do not recognize any being equivalent to Satan in our cosmology. Just wanted to point that out.

Pray and seek the answer in Jesus name. He will show you that you have a problem with demons, then in His name you can have them cast out. Say "I cover myself with the Blood of Jesus and bind up and cast out all spells put against me in Jesus name. I come against all satanic forces that are trying to hold me and loose the power of the Holy Spirit to fight this battle of evil". Make sure you repent of any involvement in witchcraft and bind also generational curses. Find a church that believes in deliverance.

There is no such things as spells. In this situation you have believe that you dont have a spell. Its mind over matter. Some people believe in spells but there really is no such thing.

First of all if you are a child of God (born again Christian) then rebuke the enemy and ask god to keep the devil and his imps from you. However if you are not saved, the devil is going to do all he can to convince you there is a spell. You will be your own worst enemy when you are deceived by the devil. You know what you need to do.

Turn to God through faith in Jesus Christ and then you will be immune to any spells or curses.
