I had been to a wedding that took place on the 7th July 1977. The couple that got married that day got divorced after only 7 months. What kind of a coincidence was that !

I went to a wedding on 7-7-07 at a farm. She didn't tell anyone it was a wedding until we got there. We thought it was just a cookout type get together. I wound up having to help with the cake and fire works. For being a guest, I never worked so hard at a cookout. She had her ceremony at the barn and her trailer sat up on a hill. More exercise than I required for that day.

We went to my cousin's wedding. It was a nice, traditional church wedding and a simple reception with delicious food and a DJ dance. Nothing crazy or over the top, just a regular wedding that could have happened on any other day. Makes it easy to remember your anniversary though!

well could not understand your view. If you questioned about wedding as big as the day then I would say Yes. Wedding changes once life. It may be happily ending or a disaster for the rest of the life

I didn't attend any weddings on Saturday no, but I hope that everyone who got married had a great day and it lived up to their expectations.
