In most cases, mind your own business.
Especially if you are not baptized in the Holy Spirit and trained in spiritual warfare.

Pray "the warfare prayer": "By the blood of Jesus, that he shed for (the possessed guy), I command you (the demons) to leave this man and go where the Lord sends you." It happened to me once in a class I was teaching, and the deliverance was so quick, it really scared me.

Encourae the person to fight the possession. Only their own willpower can free them. Call a paranormal investigation team, Buddhist monk, or Wiccan priestess. Cold showers can help and leaving out bowls of vinegar never hurts.

The could actually pick to assert 'you're eye-catching' or 'you're very rather' yet he's often very shy and truly say 'you're gorgeous' because of the fact he could be petrified of rejection if he throws around compliments so actual. on the different band he could say 'you're gorgeous' because of the fact of a definite way you smiled or some thing approximately your eyes that made his heart flutter and his head spin on an identical time as on the comparable time sent a flood of blood rushing by way of his pants. So he says 'your gorgeous' whilst he truly desires to assert 'you're so damn warm!!!!!'

Take the person to an ER, where they can initiate a 72 hour hold and get them started on anti-psychotic medications.

I would get out of there, it would not be a healthy place to be around. Sometimes the evil can transfer to another person.

I would say, "Wicked demon, I send you back to hell in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen!"

i would go to the nearest priest and stay away form there, unless it was a friend or someone who was really close to me that was being possessed, in which case i would stay and try to help.
