Technically, you have to check the rules with the same Embassy who denied the visa. Most embassies don't allow re-application if last denial is within 1 year.
You can apply again if you feel you missed important documentation or even if the Consul did not give you enough time. Your application will be considered by another Consul. Most denials and re-applications go to manager level.

The earliest you can apply again is 6 months BUT your situation must have changed in order for you to be granted a B2 visa. In your new application, you must be able to hurdle the reason you were denied the first time. It is usually the fact that you were not able to convince the consul that you have strong ties to your country for you to return after the visit. Therefore, you are a prospective immigrant and not a tourist.
And BTW, you are fortunate to have all Top Contributors giving you advice. All versed in Immigration and Embassies & Consulates.**

Hi Elcie,
My name is Imran, I work at a Canadian immigration firm. Let's see if I can lend a helping hand. The rule of thumb in our industry is that you should wait around 6 months after you have been denied to re-apply. The most important documents are proof of ties to your country of residence (letter from work or school, proof of ownership/renting of property). If you need further assitance, our company would be more than happy to help you next time. Please visit our visit our website (http://www.immigroup.com/us_visa.php) or call our office at (416)962-2623
Cheers,
Imran

overlook approximately an incredible form of the replies you get carry of in this. speaking FROM very own adventure, you're for sure no longer offering adequate concepts to cajole the consular team which you have sufficient ties to hold you returned residing house after your bypass to. in case you bypass to the U. S. Embassy website, they are going to record each and everything you're able to usher on your visa interview. You greater proper make particular all your records are valid. they're very good at recognizing fakes. there's no particular time-physique once you are able to reapply. Do you have earnings tax comments in China? if so, grant copies. The greater concepts you supplies you, the greater proper. Be arranged. you're able to coach without shadow of doubt which you will bypass returned to China after your holiday. that's what's happening. you're failing to cajole them you are going to bypass returned to China.

it all depends on the refusal ? did they give you a reason for denial ?
it was probably because you did not show sufficient proof to return to your country of origin.
if you situation is still the same as when you applied ? than , i doubt that you should re-apply .
which country are you from ? if you do not mind answering ?

Reapply again anytime as long as you could present documents that will establish your ties with your country that you will return after the visit to the United States. Present land titles, car registration, certificate of employment and credible bank account.
