Let her come out when the kitten is asleep. She needs to get up, stretch and walk around to get a break.

She is probably just very comfortable with the fact that no predators are going to get the kitten. Keep an eye on her for another day and try to observe her nursing. If she isn't nursing tomorrow, you have to intervene. She will know when to go back. If she removes the kitten, take notice, she may not go back to it.
You can purchase formula and a bottle for a kitten at a feed store, it's hard work but many cats are raised on the bottle because of a mishap to the mother or rejection. Many mothers will nurse a stray, so ask at the vet or shelter or rescue too if you need a mommy.

Let the mother take a break from the kitten because that's what mother cats do. Just watch the mother cat and make sure that she does not leave the kitten for good. Don't force the mother cat to go back with her kitten because the mother cat will leave it. The mother will go back to her kitten and she will make sure the kitten is feed. She may try to move her kitten so nobody will know where the kitten is. I hope this will help. Have fun with your new kitten and the mother cat.
If the kitten is having trouble finding where she/he needs to nurse from yes you can help.

The Mother will go and leave her babies so ones and a while, that is fine. handle the kittens when she is there. Don't impose to much or she will relocate her babies. If she does not go back when the Babies are crying, you could have a problem. Put a clean Towel in the box to keep the babies warm. If the kitten is sick,it is possible she wil abandon the kitten. It is a natural instinct, she will stay away avoid catching Disease, unfortunately the Kitten will die.

A human mother will sometimes leave her sleeping baby as well.I mean if humans have to go to the bathroom so do cats.Simetimes humans have to have a small amount of alone time and so do cats.It is natrual, most cats do that and don't worry when the kitten wakes up the mother who has good instincts will sense this and go back to there young.

She can come out of the box! She needs to eat and use the litter box. It is unusual for them to abandon their babies. As long as the kitten is sleeping and warm, it will be fine. It will cry when it is hungry, and that should bring mom back. Just keep an eye on things.

It is completly normal for her to take a break. If she were going to abondon it she would have done it at birth not a day later. She has already cared for it for a day. Let her stretch and relax. The baby will squeal when it needs her. If she completly will not go back when the baby is awake then call a vet but until then dont panic, she knows what shes doing

Yes, that's normal - she has to eat and use the potty just the same as she did before the kittens were born. Trust me, she's got her eyes and ears on the kittens at all times, even when you think she doesn't.

Depends, she'll leave the kitten to eat or lounge or whatever but then go back, everythings ok. If she avoids the box like its the plague she's rejecting the kitten and I don't know what to tell you for that.
