I was sleeping this morning & I had a nightmare that my cousin got killed in a drive-by shooting, & in the dream, it was in the newspaper & on the news, & my family didn't even notify me until after the funeral.

Sometimes I have nightmares or strange dreams when I make a change. I was taking something to sleep and now have been out of it for a few days. I am not sleeping well and not feeling rested and I am having very odd dreams. Nothing as nightmarish as your but disturbing nonetheless.
Have you had any changes in medicine or schedule?

Nightmares occur at anytime..
Just dont eat fats before taking a nap!
