Just start of slow...15 minutes for one week and then the next week 30 and then use your own judgement. Just don't do too much or else you will risk injuring yourself and/or you will feel overwhelmed and won't do it. Remember, the weight did not get there overnight so losing it won't either. Just keep a log of your progress in a notebook. Just have fun! Drink plenty of water too!

Try starting with 30 minutes every other day.Work up to an hour in about 2 weeks if you do to much to soon you defeat the purpose by exhausting yourself.

start 15 minutes to half an hour with light exercises to start you off=then when your muscles can handle more ,step up the pace ,until you are back in full swing -good luck
