it means he does a lot in the heat and he needs a break. No it's not sun stroke, its heat flash. I used to get it. What is is that the sun makes you hot obviosley, and it makes you so hot you get a fever. If he's feeling hott and shaky, then its heat flash. There's no worries. Only worry if he starts throwing up and getting a high tempurture. If he does that, its Hot Flu. I never got that before but you need to see a doctor. Tell him after an hour to come in and relax in the air condition and then go back out in another 2 hours. My cousin, she's 6 years old and when she gets heat flash, she doesn't get a fever.Good luck and you can just comfart him as you normally do! Good Luck!!!

It sounds like sun stroke. That just means that he gets overheated very easily and it overheats his organs. That makes you not feel good. I had it last summer. Or it could be a very rare case where he doesn't sweat, (or can't). This is very rare and probably isn't the case. That could also cause the same symptoms. You should definitely get him checked out at the doctor. Tell him I hope he feels better! Good luck!

Hyperthermia (hyperpyrexia), in its advanced state referred to as heat stroke or sunstroke, is an acute condition which occurs when the body produces or absorbs more heat than it can dissipate. It is usually due to excessive exposure to heat. The heat-regulating mechanisms of the body eventually become overwhelmed and unable to effectively deal with the heat, and body temperature climbs uncontrollably. This is a medical emergency that requires immediate medical attention.

Also, that is one of the symptoms of a heat stroke and you need to get the victim to a cool area (indoors, or at least in the shade) and clothing removed to promote heat loss (passive cooling). Active cooling methods may be used: The person is bathed in cool water, a hyperthermia vest can be applied, or the person may be wrapped in a cool wet towel. Cold compresses to the torso, head, neck, and groin will help cool the victim. A fan may be used to aid in evaporation of the water (evaporative method). Ice and very cold water can produce hypothermia; they should be used only when there are means to monitor the victim's temperature continuously.
I hope this helps you out.

It is not sun-stroke,but it is a condition just below heat stroke,it is called Heat Exhaustion. You need to bring you brother inside a lot sooner. He needs to drink more WATER,not soda or milk,or juice. but cool water. He also needs to rest in a cool dark room so he can cool off. If he still does not feel good, take him to a doctor/ER, and if he starts to vomit or is dizzy, and faint, call an AMBULANCE IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

does he not drink water? He probably has mild heat stroke, not sun stroke and this is caused by not drinking enough water to keep hydrated. If he gets cold sweats or worse stops sweating this is very serious. Make sure he stops to re-hydrate when he is playing outside frequently and don't forget the sunscreen!!!
