If you have not been to your doctor, do go, they have some great stuff nowadays. Though not all treatments work for everybody. Or you could try Aloe Vera, which worked wonders for a friend of mine.

I honestly find the simple methods, the most effective. Get a decent face wash, one that works well with your skin. Figure out what skin type you have and go from there. Wash morning and night, without fail and always remove all traces of makeup if you wear any. Get a moisturiser for day, and a night cream. Moisturise your face morning and night after cleansing. Exfoliate once a week but be gentle. Face mask once a week to a fortnight. And to use directly on spots, antibacterial creams such as sudocrem, savlon or germaline work great on spots. A dab of perfume on them (as long as the spot is not open ie from picking *dont pick!*) on the spot will also help dry it up, make it smaller and reduce redness without drying the skin around it. Just dont use much. I personally find acne treatments are far too harsh on the skin. It may get rid of acne, but your skin gets so so dry, and sometimes acne treatments have left my spots even more inflamed. It must just depend on the skin type.

Consult a doctor to prescribe you Accutane. Its the most wonderful and fastest way of getting rid of Acne which won't return ever.
Just need to take a Accutane pill once or twice a day after meal( as your doctor suggests). Drink lot of water, don't take any other vitamins/medicines along with Accutane. Within 1-2 weeks you will be out of Acne. After that, reduce the dosage slowly. Like come down to one pill in two days, continue for some time like that, if you are still not getting any new breakouts then reduce to twice a week and slowly slowly stop taking it.
I was suffering with Acne for years, and Accutane helped me out for ever! in 2-3 weeks of regular use!. I just wished I had known about this wonderful medince earlier, that would have saved years of acne and the scarring they caused.
So I just want to help others now, so that you and others out there don't need to go through the same suffering and depression.
Compound is Isotretinoin. You can also read about it on wikipedia at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/isotretinoi...
Reply me if you need any more info or have questions.

If you have a huge flair of acne, more than any normal person, you might have an allergic reaction to something. I know of one patient who was allergic to the carbs he was eating. If and only if this is the case, you would have a remarkable clear-up by reducing your carb intake.
If your case is the normal teen acne problems then simply a good facial regime is what is needed. Never going to bed with makeup on. Washing your face in the morning and evening. There are plenty of products your pharmacist can lead you to that are designed for just this sort of thing, and they are over-the-counter.
I hope this helps.

try this stuff from Avon called Porfection. It really worked on my face. But everyone has different types of skin. Please if you go to the doctor and they suggest Accutane read all of the side effects and warnings. I used it and it made me really depressed.
