In Photoshop you would open both pictures. Then take the one you want to be added and use a magnetic lasso to cut around the edges. Use feathering to give a border that will blend the edges of that cut area. Now use move to grab the cut region and drag it onto the other photo in the proper position. Jiggle it around until it looks good. Now paste it in place by exiting from move. Look it over and clean up the edges by cloning some of the background of the main photo to cover rough edges. It may take a couple of tries till you are satisfied but PhotoShop will let you go back and redo any problem steps.

You can't, unless you do it on a computer. Even then, it takes a certain amount of computer skill/knowledge. You need some sort of picture editing program. I think Adobe has one...anyways, they can be purchased at any computer/electronics store, or they can be downloaded illegally but free, on the internet using torrents.

Run it in the scanner the way you want it to come out.
