if it isn't something that can be washed out tehn he needs to get to the vet immediately before the eye is injured more or even ruptures

OMG carrot in his eye.. Go get a Q-Tip and lightly touch the tip to the carrot and pull it out of the eye.. Likely the eye is making mucus up around the carrots by now, so just touch it lightly and pull the carrot out. It's a piece of carrot, not a metal sliver.. Take it out..

well if the carrot didnt come out id take him to the vet right away so they can remove it properly...if you try to remove it yourself you could damage is eye severly or push the carrot even further into the eye....you could maybe try flushing his eye with some water and if that doesnt work i would def. take him to the vet right away!

Take it either to the vet or just take a wet wash cloth and rub the eye gently, or just let it come out by itself. My dogs get scratches and hairs in their eyes a lot just by playing. It will come out soon.

Flush it with cool water. That about all you can do. If it is really bothering him and it won't come out on its own, take him to the vet.

Try to rinse it out with some water or use a dry Q-tip.

Take him to the vet right away! I wouldn't bother wasting time trying to get it out myself because I wouldn't know how!
