The Fonz vs Mork? I have to go with Robin Williams. The last thing that I can remember Henry doing was those Adam Sandler movies (Waterboy and Little Nicky). Robin Williams has some duds out there but his stand up is hilarious.

When did henry winkler, AKA the Fonz become a comedic genius?
He was a serious actor all throughout his career, until adam sandler got the 'hilarious' idea to have him beaten and battered in every movie he made.
Therefor Robin Williams is the only comedic genius in question, so there is no contest.
