Anyone who has to deal with this has a difficult time handling it, it does not matter how old you are.

Your parents have most likely been unhappy for awhile now and have decided to go their separate ways in order to have a better life one that is happy and fulfilling.

Please know that your relationship does not have to change with them, and they still love you as they always have.

Best of luck to all of you, I hope that everything works out well.

be glad you are 34 and know both your parents and have a relationship with them.it is much harder for young children who do not understand this sort of terrible thing.keep praying for them support both of them and love both of them ,as well as let both of them realize that you do not want to be put in the position to take sides.sorry you have to go through this.i will keep you in my prayers as well as your parents.
