can playing and feeling with an enlgarged lymph node (it's soft, mobile, painless, 1cm) a lot make it remained enlarged? its been over 3 weeks and i still have an enlarged lymph node behind my right ear (postauricular). i have allergies, sinuses, and possibly a minor ear infection. i've been playing with it or pressing with it many times every day.

Lymph glands are the filters for the body, correct? Your allergies, sinuses, and ear problems can cause them to enlarge. You should leave it alone and give yourself time to heal or go to the doctor and get meds to help. It can't be good to irritate an already swollen lymph node.
