He said if it were found out that he could get in trouble. Is this true? Is it something like no gays in the military? Why does your sex life matter if it doesn't involve your work? Just to avoid any catty answer's, HE is the TOP, I'm the submissive.

Stan S. .. I used the term TOP, so you knew his role, meaning he isn't the bottom dressed in pretty pink panites, lol. We do keep it private as he said it would hurt him. By heavy I mean, forced sex (rape) beating, blood, spit, etc.

Well being in the BDSM lifestyle is not truely against any regulations per se. But the UCMJ is a very tight document with almost zero room for interpretation. Certain acts commited in your lifestyle fall under crimes in the ucmj, sodomy and assault, cruelty and maltreatment, and some others. In general as long as your personnel life out of the job they will stay out of your business. Hope this helps answer your question. Have fun.

No, I do not know what you mean by "wild". Why on Earth would you think we know what you consider wild??? -=-=-= You are confused. I was going to say a nutless wimp, but I will try to be kind. (nutless = lacking testicles) You say you don't mind it sometimes being too romantic. Yes, you do. Your sex life is not the best. You can't have it both ways. Do I have to point out that if it "is not the best" then you DO mind? -=-=-=- She is not trying. Dump her. Or put up with being nut-less. Being someone's ***** is ok for some people, maybe you? I suspect your relationship will fail unless she meets you half way. -=-=-=- What would I do? As long as you're asking her reasonable things, then if she is not trying, have "the talk" with her. "Dear, We've talked about this many times. I don't feel that our sex is balanced between keeping you happy and keeping me happy. I love you but this is going to change. Do you want to be part of the change, or should I find a different way to be satisfied?" -=-=-=- I am assuming that you are not doing all of the work nor are you being as passive (in bed) as you sound here. -=-=- Being non confrontational does NOT always work. You need to learn what your argument style is and how to actually communicate with her. You appear to be sending her the wrong messages. A great example is you claiming that you don't mind having a lousy sex life. Who do you think you are fooling? Stop being passive. You may be the problem with your sex life, do you understand why? Tell her what you want.

I may be out on a limb here, but wouldn't it be a misdemeanor for the military to intentionally hurt another individual in the military? I'm not sure how BDSM goes...or if it's even like that...but from what you said blood, forced sex, beating...I think if they found out they would consider it as actually hurting each other? But I agree with you I think your sex life should be private. Anyway I thought I would point that out. I don't know if it's right or wrong.

There is no ruling on lifestyle. Consensual sexual behavior, other than homosexual, is all that matters. However, the military has a catch all. It says that any behavior unbecoming of a soldier, that brings dishonor to the military, will not be tolerated.

So I guess what I am saying...temper your activities and don't try to expand tjhe circle to other military families.

You say he is a TOP.....which normally applies to the gay lifestyle...whats the deal here?

If you and your partner are both consensual to this, its your right and to enjoy this type of sex.
I once went to a shrink because I thought I was a freak for also enjoying BDSM, the Dr. flat out said, if you both consent, enjoy each other, and are happy, GO FOR IT.
Remember the BDSM Motto : SAFE, SANE, CONSENSUAL
The answer to your question, Yes, he could get into trouble for some of the sexual acts themselves and also for the beating, bruising, blood, cuts, scratches.

Sorry UtahMike42, I misunderstood your answer. Peace to you and yours.

It is true. Its in the UCMJ (Uniform Code Of Military Justice). It is one of those rules that you technically could get in trouble, but chances of actually getting in trouble are slim to none. Based on that rule you are only supposed to have sex in the missionary position. So technically if they punished one person they would have to punish almost the entire military.

You're a freak. As much as the military tries to legislate the bedroom they cannot. Thankfully so. But you're still a freak.

Haha Sabrina. I just said she was a freak. I didn't say I was against what she was doing. Peace!

He is right. Because he is in the military and if you both went to far and he or you ended up in the hospital. If they saw say markes on his or your body and etc. They would then ask questions and do a investagation. He could be brought up on charges and facing charges.

You'd be in lots of trouble. However, think about running for President. Maybe you'll get the opportunity to beat the crap out of a Clinton.

Just be thankful that Michael Moore isn't the TOP. Then you could be in some real trouble.
