Normally a female cat stops feeding her kittens because her milk has "dried up" meaning her body has stopped reproducing it! That's when she'll start weaning off her kittens.

It will dry up as soon as she chooses to stop feeding the kittens..

i have had experience when i was younger there do dry up and it hurts the mother for a few days but she is weaning the babies and make them fend for themselves to move on hope i help even a little

you have to get somebody tiny fingers to milk the cat

then make cheese
