By the way, I did wast many years of my life with christians and even thought of myself as one. Your god didn't write the bible a human did. And it has changed over the years to fit in where it could.
Sorry if you didn't want to hear that. And yes ALL religions are man made even christ!

what has happened is that christians have been so brain washed over the centuries that they can not have an open mind.
all religions are just as valid as the next.
the christian religion has "borrowed" 99% of it's doctrine from other religions and warped it to suit it's own porpous.
i happen to believe that if what ever you believe in brings you some peace and helps to make you a better person then how can one say that it's bad?
before there was one god to believe in the were many.
before that ...well who knows? man has always needed something to believe in.
i would like to see what comes after the belief in one god. will people revert back to many or will there be something new.

Um, I'm christian I never said that. I think a lot or religions are for the same God, just a different way of going around it.
But there are definitely a lot of religions that ARE man-made for so many reasons.
At least you can see how God works through a mainly the things he does or doesn't do for you. I honestly didn't really know if I believed in God but there are so many things that prove it, and he did a lot of things in my life, mainly punishment, and its pretty obvious there is a God and that's why I choose to believe personally.

It seems and sounds like you have been hurt deeply...by a christian. If so I am sorry, we are all not like that. There are alot of us that care about other people and their feelings and what has gone on in their life. You must not have had a good example of a Christ-like person. You have the right to believe the way you want and no one should put you down. A true Christian shows Christ's love through example. This is not the answer to your questions, just my thoughts about your question.

Until you experience the Spirit of God, I can understand why you would think that way. To you, there hasn't been any outside influence on anyone having to do with spiritual things. But I would tell you that was wrong. There most certainly has been and still is.
So please realize; you are acting like a kid who never experienced sex ( analogy) and have no experience with it, and so doubt the validity of it. The same way you respond to Christianity, is the same way young people who have not experienced something doubt what they are told.
I hope someday you will know what you are missing! ( ;

Every religion is man made. Religion is only man's interpretation of God or the supernatural.
I believe in Jesus, but not religion.

God says what is in the Bible, and Christians says what God says, not man or woman but God only.

Doesn't it sound reasonable that if someone is going to invest time and labor and everything else that one invests when one believes and subscribes to a certain faith...that they would, in all honesty, believe they are following the right path...a member of the "correct" religion or "church" If they didn't, why bother attending and investing any effort at all?
your second questions...whatever. :D

everyone belives their faith to be of God. Otherwise they wouldnt believe it. Kind of silly to be upset over someone thinking their religion is correct.
Of course, they dont always have good reasons for believing its correct. but thats another story altogether.
