I feel so fat all the time.
but the truth is im not really fat im jsut average but i just feel that way since all my friends are like tiny boned. And so it makes me feel fat. But mostly in the butt and legs area. I hate my body. I wish i didn't. And my bf is even smaller then me but its only because he's short (every1 is taller then him) and it makes me feel bigger. and it's gross. how can i make my butt and legs not so EW? but not muscular even though i play soccer and run some.

oh umm the last guy who said big butts are hott. personlly i totally disagree. blehh i find it gross. i have another question about big butts! GO CHECK IT OUT.

Diversify your group of friends. I am quite sure there are girls your size or larger. You mention that you play soccer, start observing the professional female athletes, many of which are not "tiny boned"

Don't compare yourself to your friends--they aren't built the same way you are. I'd trade my body for yours in a heartbeat.
You need to be easier on your body attitude because in general it's pretty, slim, attractive, young, healthy...I could go on for a long time. Focus on the good aspects of your body instead of focusing on the things you hate.
Exercise to trim your behind (women have tried this for years, it doesn't work) and your legs if you like, but hating your body doesn't do anyone any good.
Love your body and pamper it. Nourish it and exercise it. Because you really are beautiful.

*Eat at least 1200 calories per day.
*Get at least 30 minutes of exercise, three days a week.
*Always eat fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains when possible.
*Walking is the best exercise ever. Do it often.
*Avoid processed garbage like McDonalds, soda, etc.
*Drink around 62oz. of water per day.
Just remember that we're all unique. We're not supposed to be some cookie cutter image of one another, and what you see in the magazines and in the movies is NOT the ideal picture of health.
I'm sure your beautiful just the way you are. Eat healthy, exercise and live life to the fullest. That's all that really matters.

I think big butts are hot, some persons are eating and doing all kind of things to get their butts big. you can exercise, and jagging will help a great deal if you want to get rod of it, i hope this do not offend you but i think you have a low self esteem and you should work on that, and then you will realize that you having a big butt is cool, accept your self and if your friends don't accept you because they are tin, then girl they do not deserve to be your friend.

Not because you are fat but because this is the solution to both mental and physical concerns.
