i take the womans vitamins but i specifically would like to know which one is good for your skin. im curious.

E but this is summer and get out and enjoy that beautiful sun. has done wonders for me this season.

Drinking plenty of water will help your skin and I find that fish oils (or flax) have done wonders for my skin/nails/and hair.
Ingested VitE upper safety dosage is 400 to 600 IUs for adults. Because VitE accumulates in the body check whether you really need 1,000 IUs.
You can use vitamins systemically [by taking them into the body] and topically [on the skin]. But you can't make your own vitamin-enriched lotion by just breaking a capsule and mixing it into some lotion. Apparently, each type is made somewhat differently.

vitamin e but there are other supplements that you can buy that are good for your skin, i used a thing called lysine, i don't know if that was a brand name or what but it was excellent, it was for hair, skin and nails and it really done wonders, it got rid of the white spots on my nails and cleared up my skin!
