If i eat some bread and down as much water as i can stand before i go to bed, its always an easier hangover. I literally take a glass and chug it, and then fill it up again, and then chug it etc. and I make my friends do the same ;) oh and some Taco Bell at 4 a.m. never hurt anyone either.

A hangover is dehydration mostly so I personally find coke a good one (the sugar helps) Most British people will swear by a cooked breakfast. Orange juice also. Drink a pint of half juice half water before you go to sleep with a couple of aspirins for good measure. Iv'e heard about the raw egg thing but have never been able to face giving that one a go. Yuk.

Remember to drink water before you pass out from a night of drinking, it is the best way to get re-hydrated rather than waiting till the next morning with a massive headache.
Other wise think of something that may calm down your stomach and eat a little, then take an Tylenol or aspirin with alot of water.

Alcohol causes dehydration, and a loss of electrolytes. You need lots of water, sugar(honey is best), and vitamins, to recover from a hangover. The only instant pain relief is another drink, which just prolongs the inevitable hangover, but you can start taking lots of water and plenty of rest to reduce the hangover effects.
So there you have it; another shot, aspirin, fruit juice or green tea with honey, vitamins.
I myself drink lots of milk.

I personally don't drink but, I've heard from friends that do to eat a bowl of menudo (cow's stomach). It absorbs the alcohol in your system and while I don't care for it, alot of people really like the way it tastes if it's prepared properly. Another way to get rid of a hangover is...don't drink to begin with!!

try to drink water before you go to bed, (or a glass of cordial is better) then after sleeping, eat a good breakfast/lunch with carbohydrates - eg toast or cereal.
Make sure you drink plenty of water the next day as well.
The best cure is eating and sleeping so your body can work the alcohol out faster.

Water, water and more water. Hangovers come from dehydration.
I always drink a 16 oz. glass of water before bed when I've been drinking. It helps alot.

Drink more! Or, the more responsible solution, drink lots of water, eat some bread, and take a multi-vitamin. In the future, intersperse drinks with bits of food and water, and chig a large glass/bottle of water before you go to bed [if you're conscious enough to do so].

Try to drink a glass of water before bed, if not (i usually forget, because i've been drinking), when you wake up drink a lot of water. As much as you can chug, make sure it's room temp tho, you'll drink more of it. Drink some coffee (or caffinated soda) and you'll be okay in a little while.

Don't drink too much. There is no magic cure to get over a hangover, it just takes time. A hangover is your bodys way of telling you that you're killing your liver.
