This could be from your other injury or a heel Spur. You need to see a Podiatrist as soon as possible and get a full Examination. For the time being you could put an ice pack on the area pain for fifteen minutes several times a day. Advil soft gel capsules are very helpful for pain. Take them four times daily.

In all likeliness, it's your old injury acting up again.
Tendons and ligaments are horrible things when it comes to healing, to the point where it easily takes a year or more to heal an injury; sometimes they never heal quite right.
I would go into the doctors and ask them to check it out. You might also look into contacting a physical therapist if you haven't already, and see if you can't get your heel working properly again. :)
It could also be fibromyalgia, arthritis, a spur...stuff like that... But in my opinion, it's the old injury flaring up.
Take care!

This is probably a bone spur. Bone spurs can form after several months after an injury. Your previous injury may not be related. If you wear tight or uncomfortable shoes on a regular basis they can cause bone spur growth.
This also could be osteoarthritis but I would have to know more about your situation to determine that.

I can't say without a doubt, because I can't observe the area or do any test, but most likely you just worked your heel too hard and didn't allow ample time for recovery.
Don't ice it or anything, inflammation is the bodies mechanism to speed recovery. If the pain persists, I recommend seeing your physician.

It could be a bone spur or something else. You need to see your doctor. Without examining you and running x-rays there no way ANYONE on here can have a clue what your problem is.

Check out your shoes. You may have changed you walking gait as a result of your injury, and now your shoes are rubbing your heel.

Could be a spur, which is a build-up of calcium and - though it hurts - is harmless. See your doc and they should be able to give you some advice.
