小柄 (こづか) kozuka

Literally, the word means a small knife attached to a Japanese sword.

But nowadays it usually is used as an idiom meaning 'small and cute,' or 'petite.' It's a common way to refer to a petite sized woman. It's basically meant as a flattering term, not a demeaning one. Some girls refer to themselves as 'kozuka,' too.

In modern Japanese, it doesn't mean anything.

i'm pretty sure that kozuka refers to the small knives that the samurai use to carry and throw. but this depends on the kanji.

Bajinay's answer would be correct, I guess, if you mean 「小柄」(koh-zuh-kah).
