THIS ONE IS SOOO HEALTHY:
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries or strawberries
1/4 - 1/2 cup frozen or fresh spinach
1/4 - 1/2 cup frozen or fresh broccoli
1 banana
1/2 cup of soy yogurt
2 heaping spoonfuls of flaxseed meal
1 cup water

It may sound gross but with the banana, berries and yogurt, you can't even taste the veggies. I drink them almost everyday!

Its good that you care about heath so I suggest you use whatever freash fruits you like with milk or juice, ice cream would be good but not as healthy plus use honey or stevia to add some sweetness (stevia is up to 300 times sweeter than sugar and better for you) Lastly, be creative and use what you like most.

i do this every day: (cut up and get rid of seeds in things such as apples but leave the skins on most fruits except obvious things like oranges). place three of your favourite fruits that would mix well together in a blender, add a cup or two of ice. if you have any digestive problems with it, you can add two teaspoons of unprocessed bran, this will serve two people, if you have any trouble with the blending add a little water or fruit juice and mix around the contents with a spoon and it will work.

Ice, fruit, and soy milk. Sometimes I throw in a spoonful or two of ground flax meal or wheat germs. Delicious. I also use honey instead of sugar.

Welcome to the world of homemade smoothies!

My advice is to not use dairy products. Take some frozen fruit (preferably berries of any kind), a banana, and LIGHT (I mean LIGHT) orange juice. Even though it has fruit, o.j. does have sugar in it.

Put this all in a blender and give it a whirl. Then serve. :)

For bonus points, put in a scoop of protein powder.

use milk and a lot of fresh fruit. if you really wanna make it healthy put powder protein in it. you'll have to get used to the taste but just remember it'll seriously help in the long run. when i was dancing i would drink a protein shake every morning
