should I be mad???

Question

Okay, my boyfriend was looking out of the window at the neighbors and I looked too. He said "I was looking at that girls booty." And pointed to our very attractive neighbor. I'm not the most beautiful girl in the world, ya know, and I got upset. He gets all angry because I'm upset and says he was joking. Should I be mad? I mean, I know he was joking, but I get jelous of other girls, and he knows it. I think he does it just to get me mad. please help

I never say anything like that. I always tell him how much I love him. I never compare him to anyone. He has NO DOUBT that I love him.

I know I would be pretty hurt if my boyfriend were to point out some other girl that was attractive. They don't realize just how sensitive us girls can be! I would come right out and tell him it upsets you and hopefully he'll stop. If he's doing it just to get you mad, maybe he's not worth your time. Good luck!

Aw, I really feel you here. My bf tends to say aloud when he sees an attractive woman as well. It does bother me a little, but I find that its better to keep that inside, it actually goes away pretty quickly. I mean, at least he's being honest, right? My ex did the opposite. Every single girl, even the obviously gorgeous ones, were "ugly". That annoyed me too!! Cuz I knew he was full of s**t.
Two can play that game also. If you feel comfortable (I don't, but you might) maybe say a little something in front of him next time you see a hottie, just to see how he reacts. If he gets angry, then you have grounds to be angry at him for the double standard. If he's totally cool with it...well, then I guess you guys will be able to look forward to an honest relationship full of recognizing and vocalizing everytime you see someone you're attracted to!! yes, cuz the way i see it, if he really was a good bf, he would not have said that. Remember he has to be considerate of your feelings always! if he knows u get mad easily, he wouldn't say it. I mean, u have a reason to be mad, unless u also make comments like that about other guys.

i would be mad i mean all guys look but to point it out that bluntly is a bit mean. Then on the otherside of it maybe hes just really honest. ID personally just make sure he knows about your insecurity about it
