I am 16 years old and i weigh about 215 i wanna loose 60-70 lbs by the end of december... that is about 6 months from now... what kind of exercises should i do?? i already workout about 4 days a week but havent seen that much changes... please help

You had better get your stomach stapled. Unless you go on a very strict diet and start doing some heavy exercising you will not lose that much weight in that little time.

I'm a little overweight too. I think you should weight until you're 18( when you stop growing) to really diet, but you can change your lifestyle to lose weight. The most you should lose a month is about 7-8 pounds. It's a slow process. What you really need to focus on is eating right and cramming in at least 20 minutes of exercize PER DAY. Smaller segments of exercize each day is more effective than longer segments for a fraction of the week.You will burn more calories than someone who weighs less than you so take advantage of that and sweat it out! Good luck, and don't starve yourself! Do not cut calories that is one of the biggest mistakes in dieting. Just make them useful by eating carbs for breakfast, salad with a little protein for lunch, fish with cooked vegetables for dinner, and a few 100 calorie packs for snacks.

I'm older but trying to do the same thing. As far as I can figure out right now is that we have to increase our amount of exercise. It should b 6 days a week and should be cardio (as intense as you can handle) for 1 or more hours.

It's a big commitment but I'm ready to do it. I want it so bad. Good luck to you. WE can DO it!!!

walking or swimming at least 30 minutes a day.cut calories and fat intake, drink plenty of water, no soda, even diet ones

try jogging and eating less. i went down 2 pant sizes in 2 months! good luck, i know how hard it is!
