I would probably take a good and hard look at the response by "believer" up above this post. I hope you understand what you may have done to our already over-populated animal population.
PLEASE GET YOUR PETS SPAYED OR NEUTERED!!!!

If she was spayed, you wouldn't have to ask this question.
If she is pregnant, that means that you have an unspayed dog, who probably wanders the neighborhood or at the very least, is left unsupervised, and she came across an intact male - who knows what breed - and now she might be giving birth to more mutt puppies thus - for every puppy born - you are responsible for the death of one dog that now will not be adopted in the shelter. Or - you will sell the puppies/give them away, and they may end up getting gassed, destroyed, euthanized in the shelter.
Congrats.

When was she in heat? Figure out when 12 days would have been after her heat started. Then count the weeks. Signs of being pregnant usually would show up near 5wks of becoming pregnant. Typical pregnancy lasts 62 or so days, give or take a few...

sure is.
her nipples are getting bigger cause of milk and her stomach is getting rounder cause of the puppies.
you should probably go to the vet and find out and get help on delivering the puppies.

You should go to the vet to find out, because if she is not pregnant she may have an infection of the uterus and need treatment.

if her tummy is harder than usual and her nipples are the same she most likely could be pregnant...a vet could palpate her abdomen and confirm with xrays also.

When was she in season last?
Was she bred?

probably if your not overfeeding it. If it's trying to make a nest or something, then it's about to have babies.
