What makes you worry/cared about a girl? Like let's say if the girl you know but are not friends, but you do see each other once in a while a work. Like one time I got really sad, and I started to cry at the corner, he kind of came over with like tissues, and stuff..asking me if I am ok, and he was holding my waist, telling me that everything is ok. Would I guy normally do this to just any girls? What made him do this?

Thanks guys for your answers! I am not involved. And the thing is he always kind of look over at me sometimes, and he would normally look away when I look back.

He likes you. As a dude at work, holding a woman's waist is a great big No-No... Personal space is huge... if he enters your personal space in that way... he is into you.

Well he could just be a genuinely nice guy in which case he would have done that for any woman he found crying. But, it's also true that now that this has happened he will remember you, so you're on the inside track for something to develop if you want it. Just feel him out and see what happens. Good luck.

I couldn't just stand by and watch a girl suffer, no matter who they were. But I wouldn't embrace her unless she was quite literally crying onto my shoulder.
Odds are, however, that the guy feels protective of you because he is attracted to you. Thank him and, if you're not involved, ask him out; he sounds like a decent person.
