maybe they ARE real. Maybe your waking hours are really your dreams.

In my opinion and research, dreams are of the subconscious mind.. many factors such as food (spicy in particular before going to bed) some medication and high emotions will alter your dreams and make them seem so real, it's unbelievable!
Your not alone... there's also people of us who have dreams vividly for a reason and I believe we people are having such dreams to help people have a chance for closure or for saying goodbye before they can't say goodbye. Sometimes if you have dreams that you have 4-6 times a week or many times a month, they're warnings... dreams in need of interpretation, don't ignore them.
Just the other day, my daughter was describing to me in detail the carbon copy of a dream that I had when she was 4 years old. She's 18 1/2 now and it gave me chills to learn the completeness of my dream. It was a warning about her life that is now taking place and we both know it. She is staying cautious and understanding that dreams such as that and ones that come to us over and over again, they come for a reason.

What you are having isn't what I call dreams. They are visions. If you can see, feel, hear, and smell in your dream, then it is a vision.
Visions have a very important and urgent message, especially if you continue to have them on a regular basis with the same details. Pay attention to them as it is a warning or prelude of things to come.
I have had visions that later saved my life because they were a warning of things to come. Not everybody has the ability to have visions, let alone the ability to accurately interpret them.

Funny you should ask this, cause today I took a nap and I was in church waiting for a wedding to take place and all of a sudden I had a Hershey bar with almonds in my hand. Then all of a sudden I opened that candy and began to eat a piece. I actually tasted that chocolate that was somehow intended for someone else. Strange dream.

that's called lucid dreams..some people actually try to train themselves to have them. Consider yourself lucky that they come without training to you!
