There are natural caverns under waterfalls so dont assume that you will be wet. |Wear something in regular formal attire, tux and all if you were a guy, and shoulderless sarong silks if a female (and high heeled sandals). Wear a bathing suit instead of regular underwear just in case. The only thing to worry about will be wet shoes.
If Iwere you, would get the address of the wedding and then do research on the actual facilities.

A trench coat, a hat, and sunglasses...then streak your way out of there!
Umm... wear something that you could go golfing in at a nice country club. That's usually a pretty good standard. You will probably want to bring an umbrella too.

I would wear the norm. It probably wont be something where you would get wet...Ive been to a waterfall. You aren't that close to it. Wear normal close. Ps that's a really romantic idea.

that is a tough one, i have a hard enough time with "black tie optional". i would say khahi shorts and a polo, or maybe a linen shirt. women are safe with a sundress
