Windows Vista? Not a fan of GIMP need something to touch up skin and blemishes etc.

Try downloading a trial version of Adobe Photoshop. If you can find one on a torrent then get a serial for it. www.serials.ws

Well Photoshop is defiantly the king ( about $700)of all photo editing but Paint Shop Pro (About $50-100)is a good cheap alternative.

Photoshop Elements will do the job very well. BUY it for about $100.
