I'm not sure what you are asking so I hope this answers it for you. First make sure the area is clean and dry. You then cut a small circle in the center of the moleskin. This center opening should just be large enough for the blister to rest in. Never apply the moleskin to the blister itself. The moleskin is just to protect the blister from further irritation. If you are planning to use the moleskin in a hairy area, be forwarned...it sticks tremendously well and will be extremely painful to remove (your hair will come with it!) so you might want to shave the area first but avoid the blister.
