I won't vote for any candidate that is for Amnesty or willing to give any other benefits to the illegals. Whoever I vote for will be working to benefit Americans only!

Yes, it's a sleeper issue. Even though some Democratic hopefuls didn't want the immigration reform to pass because it was a jumbled mess, all Democratic Presidential candidates want illegals to have a path to citizenship. As for the Republican candidates, Duncan Hunter ( Rep.- Cal.) and Tommy Thompson (former Wisconsin Governor) call for mass deportation. Tom Tancredo (Rep.- Colorado) calls for strict enforcement of immigration laws so the illegals will self- deport. Mitt Romney did some deportations using state troopers while he was governor of Massachusetts. All the candidates want the borders secured.

It's not the only issue I'll be looking at, but it is a candidate killer for me. If they support any form of amnesty or reward to illegals aliens and oppose securing the border, they will NOT get my vote.

All senators & congressmen for amnesty should be voted out. For President; all of the Democrats are out. Only Republicans that are against amnesty will be considered. If there aren't any, then I'll see who's running Independent.

Absolutly, we all need to vote for someone who will uphold the current immigration laws, and start state-wide sweeps

Yes. I think it's time to see a LOT of new faces in Washington. We need a fresh blood infusion of younger people that have more in common with todays world versus the oldsters that are living in the world of WWII.

I do not vote on a single issue.

However this is important to me, and it will get strong consideration when I choose who I pull a lever for.
