Kyle Busch seemed upset yesterday after finishing 2nd to McMurray and I don't blame him, but when I read this it seemed that he was more upset with his teammates, especially Jeff Gordon. Tell me what you think after reading this.

I agree with you simone219. Jeff was being interviewed and Jeff wasn't going to stop and talk to Kyle.

This is what Kyle said when he came by to congratuate Jeff Gordon:
"Walking down pit road, [when] saying congratulations to Jeff Gordon, I got blown off," Busch said. "I guess I'm the outsider looking in now and I'll probably not be invited to the team meetings next week."

What people seem to be missing here is that Jeff Gordon was trying to win a race for himself. As has been mentioned by others, Gordo was on the high line behind J-Mac. He pushed the 26, perhaps hoping to open some running room to get around him- a strategy that obviously didn't work. The ultimate push to victory came from Mc Murray's teammate Carl Edwards.
I saw the interview with Gordon when Shrub walked by- HE DID NOT BLOW KYLE OFF. GORDON WAS TALKING ON NATIONAL TV FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE. Kyle knew that. The only evidence you need of what kind of team player "5" is is what he did in Texas- leaving his repaired car behind for Jr. to drive.
Busch has loads of talent. He ran an incredible race- but he really needs to grow up

Kyle is a brash and head strong youngster. He is miffed at having to leave HMS because of Jr. And he is going to say things he shouldn't. Gordon was not having a winning night and was having a time just staying in the top 10. I never saw Kyle pushing Gordon. Kyle is going to have to settle down just drive the car and not his mouth. Others learned it, Biffle, Harvick, Spencer, even Steward although he said something stupid regarding the wreck being all Hamlin's fault, yeah right.

Yea it should be team work but most times in the last few laps it`s everyone for themselves most guys would push there mom out of the way to win,I did see Dale Jr help out his teammate Truex Jr a few times even though Dale Jr was 20 some laps down was giving The #1 car a push,I was watching on my DTV hotpass .
Now that`s how a kind of guy Dale Jr is compared to some drivers.
I like the #24 & #48 but my favs are Bud #8 & #1 .
go Dale Jr and free the 8.

NASCAR became in the incorrect.. Tony did no longer something incorrect in any respect, no count the way you seem at it.. What Kyle did does no longer have been criminal in lots of different racing sequence, for the very reason you witnessed Saturday evening.. it may produce carnage.. In different racing sequence you're able to alter lines as quickly as, the 2d time isn't any longer racing, it truly is getting in the way of a swifter motor vehicle.. The penalty could make you the final motor vehicle, on the lap you're on.. it may (and has) cost you a win.. as long as NASCAR enables it, what Kyle did is totally advantageous.. So if Kyle wasn't incorrect, and Tony wasn't incorrect.. That leaves in basic terms one place to point a finger, and which would be NASCAR..

i saw his interview when he said gordon blew him off on pit road
well gordon was in the middle of a t.v. interview should he have stopped and talked to kyle i dont think so he said hello to him that was enough
as far as being mad at his team mates
you have to be a good team mate to get a good team mate
he blames gordon for not pushing him to victory when a few lap earlier he was behind gordon and dropped to the inside to get better position which is fine but when you hang ourt your team mate like that on a superspeedway and he looses positions you cant expect him to come up and push you to victory lane
and whats up with him pinning johnson to the bottom of the race track for about 5 laps he could have given him a little room he didnt have to let him in the top grove but he didnt have to constintently push him below the yellow line expecially when its still early in the race he almost wrecked johnson and kennseth so if he isnt happy with his team mates he will have to get over it
added later
bejeweled gordon was behind kurt busch 2 cars behind kyle busch in the inside lane carl edwards pushed McMurray across the finish line

Jeff Gordon had no time to think.."How can I screw over Kyle..how can I keep him from winning?" It was the last few laps..it was in the heat of the moment. Jeff Gordon was in a great position to win and that is all he was trying to do. Trying to win! Kyle Busch is a baby, and he needs to grow up....But then again, maybe they just don't like him and they would have rather seen Jamie win. Everyone seemed to turn on Brian when he was leaving. Sigh..whos knows what goes on in these driver's minds.

TO the above answerer bejewlle. Carl Edwards pushed Mcmurray to the finish, as Jeff was right behind the 2 car..
I watched the Hot pass last night direct TV offers and Kyle used up all his teammates many times last night, and then is mad they aren't behind him? That's why he's out the door, see you later.
As for him saying he got blown off trying to say congrats? Get F'ed.. He saw him having a interview, and he did get acknowledged so he should have waited a second and quit trying to get himself on TV again in someone Else's interview.

First of all I'm not a Kyle Busch or Jeff Gordon fan.Until last night I had nothing either one........ I don't blame Kyle.I was upset with Gordon last night myself. I was thinking ,I can't believe Gordon just did that(giving McMurray that extra push).I was hoping Kurt could catch Kyle so he could give him that extra push himself. I had a lot of respect for Jeff Gordon until last night. All I have to say is Junior watch your back next year.
[Edit]I'm sorrt{Brent R-24 fan} was right it was Edwards that pushed McMurray not Gordon.Sorry Gordon fans.

In my opinion Kyle wasn't mad about finishing 2nd in the Cup race. He had a great day, he won the Busch race and finished 2nd in the Cup race, how could a driver be upset about that? But YES, he was upset at his team mates because they wouldn't help him out any. None of them were getting behind him and pushing him. Only help he had was of his brother. I had Clint Bowyer there at the end on track pass and his spotter said Kyle would work with him when the two were running together since he couldn't get no help outta his team mates. I heard Clint's spotter say that myself.

Well it's hard to not agree with Busch when there was four hendrick cars in the top five near the end of the race. I know Macmurrey had a great car and was probably the class of the field, but teamwork should have outweighed that. But there was no teamwork to be found.
