Hello,
Many times people may not experience any symptoms until their kidney disease is well advanced. Early signs that the kidneys may be diseased include blood or protein in the urine or elevated blood pressure readings. If you want to know how to overcome kidney disease
and quickly improve kidney health with proper diet and supplements you can visit this interesting site http://kidneydisease.toptips.org

You won't know unless a doctor diagnosis it.
If your having bleeding, foul smelling urine, burning, get to the doctor - she/he will do the proper diagnosing as these also are indicative of other urinary problems. Until you can get to the Doctor, drink plenty of water and especially
CRANBERRY JUICE. If this is too acidic for you I think they sell cranberry tablets/capsules over the counter.

Don't obsess over having kidney disease. Go to your doctor and have a urine test. I think they look for excessive amounts of protein in the urine to establish whether or not someone has kidney disease, then they go from there.

The 5 Stages of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)

There are five stages of CKD. Each stage is defined by changes in kidney function. A drop in GFR (glomerular filtration rate) means that CKD is progressing or getting worse. As GFR gets lower, your CKD stage gets higher. Stage 5 CKD (also known as ESRD-end stage renal disease) means kidney failure and the need for dialysis or a transplant to live.

You might notice abdominal pain, or frequent urination and back pain or burning with urination. Your urine may smell and or have blood in it. You may have swelling of the hands and feet and just not feel well. These can also be symptoms of other things. To know for sure, your Dr will do tests on blood and urine and possibly examine your kidneys with x rays.

Thru urinalysis(a kind of lab test), your creatinine and BUN levels are elevated. Normal creatinine level is 0.5-1.0 mg/dL, and normal BUN level is 10-20 mg/dL. Elevated creatinine level (>5.0 mg/dL) is usally indicative of renal failure which may be caused by certain diseases.
Symptoms may vary as to what kind of disease you have.
