I am gone is proper grammar.

I am gone: I am not "here" right now. (Either you're lying or you've left a message.)

I has been gone: Grammatically incorrect--I assume it should be "I have been gone": I was gone for a while, but just recently returned OR I left at some point and am still away (in which case it's a message you've left or perhaps an email you're sending).

I was gone: At a given point in the past, I wasn't "here". I am probably but not necessarily back, but that's not important.

I am gone. - is present tense, meaning you still are gone and still haven't come back yet.
I has been gone. - is southern slang. "I's been gone." You would say that if someone asked you where you were and you would say "I's been gone."

If you meant "I have been gone." Same explanation as above. You are explaining to someone why you were absent, as the excuse for something. "Where have you been?" "I have been gone." The time you were gone is usually recent from when you state that sentence.

I was gone. - You usually state this when the time you were gone was far in the past. "Where were you on Monday the 16th last month?" "I was gone."

To begin with, I has been gone is not proper English. The proper form is I have been gone.

I am gone is present tense.

I have been gone is present perfect progressive tense

I was gone is past tense

I am gone refers to the present tense. By using the word "am" you are specifying that you are gone at the moment of speech a.k.a. present tense.

I has been gone is an incorrect way to say "I have been gone" which is past tense.

"I was gone" is another past tense form. When using past tense you are saying that at the moment of speech you are not but was previously absent.

I hope that helped. ^_^

You've got yourself one present tense, and the other two are past tense. although..."I has been gone" is grammatically incorrect.
