Spend a week in jail.

Go to the court and ask to make time payments. They do it all the time, especially in place of hardship.

Even if you called the court and said that you would have the money on the 24th that would probably not be an issue.

Face it. courts just want the money paid, and they are not going to have enough time to do anything between the 12th and the 24th. They really do not want to see your smiling face again as it costs them more than that to do it!

I would suggest that you contact the court having jurisdiction over the case and try to work something out. Otherwise, the judge could issue a bench warrant and have you picked up on contempt of court charges.

I suggest coming up with as much as you can and requesting an extension. Usually only a judge can grant this. You could always go to a payday loan place. They rape you financially but it's better than contempt of court.

It is July 9, you still have time. Start looking for a way.

Don't ignore it. Go to the court , explain your situation and show them what you tried to do. But if you simply ignore it, you'll be in deep trouble.

Ask for the chance to pay in allotments. In fact, as long as you send something in, they won't put you in jail.
