I am currently talking to someone and we went to the store; he ran into a set of girls he knew and was talking with them for a while. I stood by him the whole time and not once did he turn to introduce me to his friends. He didn't have to include a title especially since nothing is official. I would have appreciated if he said such and such this is so and so. I consider this disrespect. What does everyone think?

I think you're right, and I will wait a reasonable amount of time before introducing myself when I am in a similar situation. Some folks don't mean to be insensitive, they just haven't learned (for whatever reasons) common courtesy. Be that as it may, it's still awkward and I don't allow it to continue.

Yes and no...
it would have been polite if the would have introduced you, but you could have kind of chimed in a, ahumm or something like that, because guys have a short attention span most of the time...don't hold it against him he's a guy...
