Now i know im not gonna get a best answer because i dont agree with you, but your wrong. Everyone complained when NASCAR switched over to its new, scoring loops no racing back to the yellow policy (it is much safer this way though) Then when NASCAR lets Martin and Harvick race it out, everyone complains. NASCAR did the right thing by letting them race it out. What we got with that finish was epic, one of the greatest and to say Mark was cheated out of a win is crazy. If a Dale Jr would have won as a result everyone would have loved that NASCAR let them race back.

No, the computers said Harvick won it. Every time those cars hit that line, it automatically places them in the spots, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and so on. If your gonna say that Mark Martin was cheated out of the Daytona 500 run, then you might as well say Kyle Busch was cheated out of the 400 also. It was pretty much the same thing, except Kyle was closer to winning at Dayton than Mark was in the 500. Yes, I'm an RCR fan and I was upset Martin didn't win, but I can't argue about it with NASCAR.

if you go by the old way of racing to the flag NO he just got outrun.but by todays standards yes he was.....since the started the lucky dog rule and feild gets frozen at caution that was the worst call by NASCAR ever.when the wreck started they should have threw the caution.but instead of calling it a race maybe have gave Martin one more chance to win it with a green white checkers.well take that back second worse call ever tha worst was with last weeks qualfing

no i don't think he was. i would rather him won but he wasn't cheated. it was at the end of the daytona 500. nascar's biggest race. they wouldn't want a caution to decide the biggest race. plus they know how fans are. everytime jeff gordon wins by a caution coming out the fans go crazy throwing stuff and disrespecting gordon and nascar both so they didn't want that to happen.

Sure he was and NASCAR knows they screwed up,so to hide the fact they did make a goof they have been passing out penalties like candy.

Well..no I don't think so. I think they would have cheated everybody if Nascar hadn't of let them race back to the flag. And that is what it was..a fair sprint to the flag.

No the computers say Harvick won and the wreck was well behind them so no caution was needed.

OH YES !!!!!!!!!!
That's one of the reasons why after over 20 years of being a Nascar fan I've stopped following it. The second reason is because it has become too celebrity and Hollywood oriented.
