Title 16, Chapter 11, Section 129 (16-11-129) of the GA state code states that the judge of the probate court of each county may issue a license to carry a pistol or revolver. I suggest asking the court for further details.

What you have is a concealed permit. It just doesn't say that anywhere on it. You are not required to have a permit to have a gun in Georgia, but if you take it outside of your own property it helps to have one to show that you are law abiding.

No. until you're an officer of the regulation assigned to the college, bringing a gun or any loaded weapon on college grounds is unlawful & it truly is not appropriate in case you have a hid weapons permit to coach otherwise. that's a criminal offense & if any pupil ever tried to try this, no longer in basic terms he or she would be able to be expelled, yet they are able to finally end up with a extreme criminal on their checklist. If a instructor tried to try this as nicely, no longer in basic terms will the instructor lose his or her job, yet they are able to finally end up with a criminal on their information as nicely & lose their coaching certification in the state they're working in. you are able to tell the guy who state & federal rules limit any weapons or weapons of any form on college grounds.

Most good gun ranges have CCW (carry concealed weapons) classes. Check there, or give them a call.
