Here's what you need to know:

Don't commit adultery.
If you find out that your spouse did, choose whether you're willing to accept it or divorce him.

Don't be vindictive and try to ruin his career.

Here we go AGAIN.

Yes it is against the UCMJ, BUT you won't get ANYONE to listen to your story no matter how bad it is.

The military is not in the business of governing peoples bedrooms and will not take valuable government time to research any claim you may have.

It will always be your word against his and that is just the way it is going to be.

Also look at things this way....If he worked at IBM would you have the nerve to call up his boss and tell them what he did or what you think he has done? NO WAY. Just because someone is in the military does not mean they are any different than any other civilian. Lots of civilian people cheat too and you never hear about it on the news and you never will. Same thing goes for the military. Just because they are in the military does not mean you can go to their boss and waste their time with a private matter.

Get and attorney. Go to court. Deal with your marriage and it's issues in the proper place. The military is not the proper place and they will not and do not care what has happened between you two.

Time to move on and start a new life without this person. I am sorry it happened, but am only telling you the truth. You trying to call or contact anyone on base or in his chain of command will just make you look like the crazy wife and you will only get laughed at then blown off forever.

From experience, it is a violation of Acticle 92 of the UCMJ, the General Article. My civilian ex-wife cheated on me with enlisted members, I was in the right. She admitted everything. I reported it to my First Sgt. and in fact these guys were disciplined. One was given an Article 15 and the other opted for the trial and was found guilty. True, it's difficult to get anyone to do anything about it and additional charges would definitely help; such as making a false report if they lie about it and later fess up.

How they handled this for me was they said it was detrimental to morale as well as good order and discipline and therefore, was punishable since it had an effect on others. And so they were punished.

adultery, while punishable under the UCMJ will NOT be prosecuted unless it is in conjunction with other charges, as the only way to do so is to catch them in the act.
