Okay..If you take ibuprofen 800 mg or whatever, how many would you have to take to make it screw you up. Like if you just take it for no reason?

Screw you up how? Two will start to do damage, 3 will definitely cause problems. Messes up your kidneys. You can't get high off of those if that's what you mean.Go find some hydro or oxycodone. Ibuprofen wont do anything if you "take it for no reason" and 800mg is prescription strength, the normal does is 200mg.

depends on your definition if getting 'screwed up'. Ibuprofen is a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug, it has no properties to induce euphoria etc. It will however increase your chances of gastric bleeding or your kidneys failing if you abuse it.
My advice: take it as presribed or as the packet says

4000mg Ibuprofen is enough to cause PERMANENT liver damage, and eventually death. If all 4000mg are absorbed into your system, there is nothing your doctor can do for you, you will most likely die an extremely slow, painful, agonizing death within about two weeks as toxins slowly build up in your system.

I wouldn't recommend you take more than the prescribed dose.
